Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Deadline Parts availability takes 5 to 7 business days.

Orders will be sent via “CTT Correios de Portugal” for normal shipping and with UPS,

FedEx, or DPD for fast shipping, providing for the following deadlines after dispatch:

Normal shipping

PORTUGAL (Mainland and Islands): 48 to 72 business hours.

EUROPEAN UNION: up to 7 business days.

WORLDWIDE: variable, depending on the place of origin of the order.

Fast shipping

PORTUGAL (Mainland and Islands): 24 to 48 business hours.

EUROPEAN UNION: 72 business hours. After a second failed delivery attempt and the

order being returned again, it will only be sent again after payment of the shipping costs.

Shipping Fees

Normal shipping

PORTUGAL (Mainland and Islands): 7 Euros.


WORLDWIDE: 18 Euros.

We remind you that international orders may be subject to customs

taxes for which we are not responsible.

Fast shipping

PORTUGAL (Mainland and Islands): 14 Euros.



Within a maximum period of 30 days, you can exchange for another piece of equal or

greater value, medium Before submitting the invoice and warranty.

To do so, you can fill out the exchange form or contact the atelier via email

Exchanges are only approved for unused parts, inside the respective box, and with

the corresponding purchase invoice. If you exchange a second time, shipping costs will be charged.

The article will be sent after payment confirmation.

If you send it by CTT please make sure it is registered.

The shipping cost for sending the pieces back to us is not covered.


We do not accept returns.

Right of Free Resolution

The deadline for exercising the right of Free Resolution ends 14 days after the purchase

of the part  Resolution decision must be communicated by email via accompanied by the buyer's data (Name, Address, Item Name, and Date of Purchase).

In case of dispute, the consumer may appeal to the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center:
